Maine Quest Adventures is a full-service canoe and kayak trip outfitter, specializing in the Allagash & Penobscot Rivers as well as the surrounding lakes and streams of the Katahdin Region. We have canoe and kayak trips available for all skill levels from beginners looking for a leisurely afternoon to thrill seekers looking for the rush of the white water; this area has it all. Here you’ll find a fun, custom experience no matter what your tastes.

We offer canoes, tandem and solo kayaks, transportation to and from the water, safety equipment, and a fully-guided experience if that is what you choose. All you need to do is pick a date and call us for a reservation. We’ll do the rest.

These trips are fully outfitted which include all camping and day use fees, transportation to and from the river,169 Old Town canoes, paddles, life vest, camping gear, 3 person tent for every two people, sleeping pad, cooking equipment, propane stove, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, propane lantern, dry bag, cooler. These rates do not include food or personals such as bug spray, sun screen, rain gear, sleeping bags, sun glasses, ect.
